Srinidhi is passionate about improving access to healthcare and advancing equitable health outcomes. With a strong interest in strategy and health policy, she brings an interdisciplinary perspective to her work, informed by experience across both the public and private sectors.

Prior to joining VOZ Advisors, Srinidhi worked on the Operations team at Tandem, a health-tech startup focused on streamlining access to medications through AI-enabled solutions. She also brings expertise in domestic and global public-sector approaches to healthcare delivery, policy, and program implementation. These experiences have deepened her commitment to advancing equitable, impact-driven solutions within healthcare and life sciences. Srinidhi holds a Master of Public Health in Health Policy and Management from Columbia University’s Mailman School of Public Health, with a certificate in Health Policy Analysis, and a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations and Global Studies from the University of Texas at Austin. She is based in Houston, Texas.
