Title: Associate Director, Operations and IT Administration

JOB DUTIES:
- Ensures business continuity and adherence to procedures, and proactively identifies opportunities to streamline and maximize service levels for business operations. Develops, improves, maintains and revises comprehensive Standard Operating Procedures that streamline risk management and business continuity processes, ensuring a resilient framework for mitigating potential threats and enabling swift recovery during disruptions. (15%)
- Ensures operational excellence by working collaboratively with teams to ensure cross functional collaboration and alignment resulting in increased operational efficiencies. (5%)
- Responsible for project planning, oversight, implementation, monitoring, and assessment. (5%)
- Independently manages time-sensitive and high-priority administration and operational initiatives for the business and serves as a supervisor and mentors the staff who are direct reports. (10%)
- Oversees a strategic and comprehensive information security program that defines, develops, maintains, and implements policies and processes that enable effective information security practices. (5%)
- Works closely on business technology planning processes as well as the analysis of departmental efficiencies and effectiveness. (10%)
- Works closely with the client service team in gathering staff/faculty feedback and developing insights that will lead to the improvement of IT services. (5%)
- Serves as a resource for all staff communications for the appropriate implementation of new systems and technology, as well as system upgrades. (10%)
- Ensures inventory control systems are followed and appropriate documentation is maintained. (5%)
- Thoroughly reviews client agreements to ensure the company meets specific cyber security requirements, assessing potential risks and verifying that all necessary security measures are in place. Requiring in depth knowledge of GDPR regulations and requirements and all internet international regulatory legislation. (5%)
- Manages IT, cloud-based databases, and cyber security measures to execute the development of procedures and protocols that safeguard personally identifiable information and intellectual assets of internal and external stakeholders. (15%)
- Principal responsibility for Special Patient Advocacy Database (LEAD) Development: Manages research on current or prospective client’s therapeutic areas and patient landscapes of interest. (10%)
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Master’s or equivalent degree in Management Science, Business Administration or Project Management.
3 years of relevant Customer Relationship Management (CRM) experience.
Must have experience with:
- Health care sector and large-scale database administration in a multi-unit, geographically diverse healthcare setting.
- Pharmaceutical industry and the development of medical products in multiple therapeutic areas.
- Large-scale enterprise roll-out.
- Technical account management, project management, or consultancy experience in a large corporate environment or major services organization.
- Web development projects.
- Multiple software programs (Survey Monkey, Adobe Acrobat and QuickBase database).
- MS Office Suite, G Suite.
Position is fully remote.
Salary range for this position is $116,568-$125,000.
