Eleanor Ndaiga

Senior Associate, Client Services, Health Specialist

Eleanor joined VOZ Advisors in 2022, bringing skills in science communication, policy analysis, and qualitative research. At VOZ, she provides advisory services to global biopharmaceutical companies to support the integration of the patient voice through drug development and commercialization.

Prior to joining VOZ, Eleanor worked at a health care investment firm developing the firm’s global communications strategy and managing strategic partnerships across various sectors in the health care investment space, as well as establishing and stewarding relationships with federal, provincial, and municipal levels of government. Before this, she worked as a health communications consultant at a genetic counseling company where she designed patient education materials for hereditary breast and ovarian cancer syndrome (HBOC).

Eleanor has worked across multiple therapeutic areas including oncology, neurodegenerative diseases, and rare diseases, and within multiple different health care systems across Canada, the US, and the UK. She holds a Bachelor of Science (Honors) in Biology and Philosophy of Science from the University of Toronto, and a Master of Bioethics from the Perelman School of Medicine at the University of Pennsylvania.
