Fatmata Bah

Associate, Client Services

Fatmata is driven by a deep passion for public health, science, and advancing health equity. With a strong interest in strategy and medicine, she brings an interdisciplinary perspective to her work, informed by experiences in global health research and policy analysis.

Prior to joining VOZ Advisors, Fatmata worked as a graduate research assistant at Columbia University School of Nursing, where she conducted qualitative and quantitative research focused on improving primary care delivery in underserved communities. She also served as a digital development researcher at the Population Council, supporting projects on gender equity, adolescent development, and digital access in low-and middle-income countries.

Fatmata holds a Master of Public Health in Sociomedical Sciences, with a certificate in Health Policy and Practice, from Columbia University’s Mailman School of Public Health in New York, NY. She also earned her Bachelor of Science in Biology and Environmental Health from the University of Georgia.
