Jordan provides an analytical and patient-centric mindset to her work. Jordan’s background in biological studies and healthcare management has deepened her understanding of scientific processes, healthcare operations, and patient engagement strategy.
Prior to joining VOZ, Jordan worked in healthcare administration. During this time, she helped formulate and analyze an oncological patient education system, highlighting and implementing evidence-based suggestions for improvement. In addition, Jordan provided expertise conducting a pilot test of a curriculum geared toward graduate health professionals focusing upon an evidence-based approach to teamwork and communication to improve safety and patient outcomes. Her previous work and personal experience have inspired her passion for improving healthcare access and quality of care.
Jordan holds a Bachelor of Science in Biology from Wofford College in Spartanburg, SC and a Master of Public Health in Health Policy and Management from Emory University, the Rollins School of Public Health in Atlanta, GA.
